A bit about me
I have a deep appreciation for all things creative, from sketching ideas and designing interfaces to building things, photography and videography. I’m driven by solving meaningful problems, deeply understanding users, and improving experiences through thoughtful design. Just as important to me is building strong relationships and creating genuine connections with the people I work with.
From designing protein shake packaging to building fintech platforms — my journey has been anything but linear.
What started with sketching physical products evolved into a passion for solving complex problems through digital design.
Career journey
EHPlabs
UX/UI Designer • 2016 - 2019
Started my career delving into health and fitness, where I got my first real taste of digital product design. I owned the design of the FitNation iOS app from discovery through to launch and got deeply involved in UX research and testing across multiple fitness platforms.

The turning point: There was something uniquely satisfying about designing for screens - the immediate feedback loops, the ability to iterate quickly and seeing real people interact with what I'd created. I was hooked.
Datarati
UX/UI Designer • 2019 - 2020
Moved into the agency world, which was a masterclass in versatility and speed. I led a four-month engagement for Jaguar Land Rover and designed for brands like Sony, Crown Resorts, and SBS. Every project had different stakeholders, different constraints, different goals.

Key lesson: I learned to create scalable systems that could work across multiple clients and more importantly, how to communicate design decisions in rooms full of people who didn't speak "design." These skills became invaluable later in my career.

Senior Product Designer • 2020 - 2022
This was my first true product role and it completely changed how I thought about design. I spent eight months embedded in a digital transformation project, shipping high-traffic pages for major launches like the Cork Sofa and Paddington Bed Base while helping scale their design system.

The shift: I stopped thinking about projects and started thinking about outcomes. Led research, ran usability tests, obsessed over analytics. Design wasn't just about making things look good anymore - it was about driving measurable impact.
Eucalyptus
Senior Product Designer • 2022 - 2023
Designed weight tracking features for the Juniper app that ended up winning Gold at the 2023 Good Design Awards which felt pretty special. Also tackled the admin platform re-architecture, making healthcare plans more flexible and personalised across multiple health platforms.

Beyond delivery: This is where I really stepped into the "senior" part of my title. Scaled a multi-brand design system, mentored a direct report and got serious about improving not just what we shipped, but how we worked together as a team.
GROW Inc.
Senior Product Designer • 2023 - Present
Currently designing in the fintech space, working on managed funds administration and investor platforms. Spent the last 12 months leading an end-to-end redesign of the admin platform - modernising complex, regulated workflows that operations and client teams use every day.

The challenge: This role has pushed me to think beyond screens. I'm translating regulatory constraints into product strategy, establishing design rituals that improve how multiple squads collaborate and finding ways to make sophisticated financial tools actually enjoyable to use.
Where it all began
Bachelor of Industrial Design, UTS • 2013
My design foundation began with physical products — learning design thinking, human-centred design, and systems-led problem solving. These principles continue to shape how I approach digital product design today.
Pro tip: Turns out these skills work just as well for apps as they do for chairs 🪑→📱
