Collaboration has always been at the heart of how I work, honed through years of working in fast-paced start-ups and scale-ups where cross-functional teamwork is essential for success.

I actively seek out feedback, not just from other designers, but from engineers, product managers and stakeholders. By bringing together diverse perspectives, I ensure that the designs we create are impactful and aligned with both user needs and business goals.
